On July 26, 2017, in order to secure a new growth engine for the future and improve shareholder value through improved governance, the existing KOMED Life Sciences and Core Logic merged and newly launched as Synergy Innovation Co., Ltd.
Synergy Innovation Co., Ltd. is nurturing the bio business as a new growth engine, and actively conducts R&D and internal and external investments in various fields such as generic and improved new drugs, new drug development, medical devices, and health functional foods to foster star companies in the bio industry.
In the future, we will continue to strengthen our capabilities and know-how in the bio business to lead the rapid growth of the company. Through this, we intend to create new values for customers, shareholders, employees, society and the national economy.
